Welcome to Walnut Ridge, a private community of luxury estate homes located on the Northwest side of Ann Arbor, Michigan. The homes are nestled on 1/2 to 1 acre wooded and rolling lots and are surrounded by walking trails and a large pond with a fountain. We are conveniently located in Scio Township and are part of the Ann Arbor Public School System. Our proximity to downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan makes our subdivision an ideal location to live.
